I really don't make resolutions for the New Year......card-making or otherwise.....but I could make one to use my "backgrounder" stamps more. That's what I did here for all the gear wheels. I added SU's penny farthing since this card is for a male friend who has been a cyclist for decades. I shaded the white CS first with TH distress inks and then stamped the backgrounder on top of it.

I need to use my background stamps more, also. Your card is really fun and sure to be enjoyed by your cyclist friend.

background stamps....yes, that is a neglected area for me too. most that i have are wood mounted and sometimes hard to get a good impression. thanks for the idea. your card is very fun and interesting.
