I loved the stack of books with the coffee cup, so I used this stamp from STAMPlorations Good Books & Coffee stamped in India Ink and colored with markers. I finished with a J.D. Salinger sentiment from the same set.
I took my color and layout inspiration from The Library Challenge and am also joining several other challenges linked on my blog:

Great use of your inspiration piece. That's how I felt about my books when my vision was still good enough to read for hours! Now, unfortunately everthing blurs after after about 20 minutes which takes the fun out of reading in a hurry . . :(
I like that bright spot of yellow from the coffee cup!

Now there's the secret to finding that precious time of escape---bolt the door! A great message. It really reflects that precious meditation and "me" time we long for in our lives.
