I inked an old embossing folder with versamark. Then I sprinkled Ranger gold embossing powder over it. Heated with heat gun. Then I smeared two different greens of Distress Oxide inks onto my TH mat and spritzed with water and smashed my embossed front into the ink. Dried it and then smeared Barn Door DOxi direct from pad onto the card. I stamped using the same red DOxi onto white paper. I fussy cut and glued one one and used dimensionals for the other. Then I punched out flowers and leaves and glued onto front. Then I added the gold dome centers to the flowers. I had not ever tried using my embossing ink onto my folders before on the debossed side of the folder.
I liked how it turned out.

Love the colors and texture of the background of your card. What a neat embossing folder you used. It made a very elegant looking Valentine. I am so glad that you played along with my challenge. Have a blessed day.

LOVE the look you achieved and happy your BG experiment worked, adding to your already amazing skill set. Love all the other elements, too. Thanks for sharing the details.
