THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING MARY....(I promised to be a sampler this week then decided to go visit the twin grands in Minnesota....and informed Mary that I wouldn't be participating this week - totally forgetting I had promised to stand in for someone else who was going to be away for New Years)......so when I realized I made this card before we left to drive all night and it gave my husband an extra hour or so to sleep before we took off.....and now we've been here and it's time to go home tomorrow. It goes by way too fast. Time to start smiling cuz it happened whilst I try not to cry cuz it's over. Why do we live so far from so many?? Hear me? I'm smiling cuz it happened.....starting NOW. Happy New Year everyone!!!!

Karen, thanks for disrupting your plans so you could be a sampler this week! I really appreciate it! And you made a lovely card. I saw what you did with the Bermuda Bay, there, and that sweet little bow! Pretty, pretty flowers, love the greeting!

I think it is so cool how they came up with another set using these vases. Love your rich colors. Happy New Year's! Glad you could get some time in with your little ones.

you are stellar at these color challenges and stellar for stepping back up to the plate. i hear you about being so far. i'm only 3.5 hours from my grands (LaCrosse WI) but it's just far enough that I only get there about every other month. They're busy people.
