I've been laid up with sciatica & am finally feeling a bit better. I wanted to do a card honoring Melody, our newest FS. I chose a card from last year to make my sis-in-law an anniversary card. I loved THIS card as soon as I saw it. I had just received this AI set in the mail, which is probably why I 'had' to use it!! They live in Pawleys Island, SC & have on occasion had snow. I love the 'Love Never Melts' sentiment from the Spirited Snowmen set, so I cut it from the catty & used it inside. I don't have that set. So my changes are:
- different image
- different colors
- did not look at FF17annsforte3, so different technique
It took me 2 days to do this but it was really easy. I do remember when they told a story about making a snowman on the beach one Christmas, so there's my reason!!
CONGRATULATIONS Melody. I hope you are enjoying your time in the spotlight.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
Thanks for stopping by.

How totally adorable. I bet they will just love this. The "sand" looks super and your sponged night sky is fabulous. Sorry to read that you have been under the weather, I hope you're on the mend now.
