DEC18VSNKIDS: For Kim's kid challenge in VSN to make a confetti popper.
Thankfully we had a TP core available because I got rid of my stash of them when we moved! I chose this dp because it is red with what appears to be gold stripes. I had to run out and purchase balloons today so I could make this because we can't find the balloons we have...did I mention we moved? Some things still aren't unpacked.
I followed the tutorial that Kim shared in the challenge thread. Then, to decorate, I inked only Piglet on the stamp and stamped it. (Pooh and Tigger are also part of the stamp as it was made.) I colored Piglet with Copic markers as well as the gold pen, then matted this with gold mirror paper.
I added the strip of holographic paper which was saved from pretty packaging that had yummy candy in it. I think it adds a festive touch to the popper.
I "test drove" it with some sequins in my living room and then had fun picking the sequins up, lol.
Thanks for the fun challenge, Kim, and thanks for looking!

I love Piglet! He's so cute, and perfect for this confetti popper! So glad you had what you needed (I had to buy balloons too!) for this fun kids project!
