This started with the inked and embossed tree that was in my stash of unfinished projects. I layered it onto red vellum which I matted onto the patterned paper layered onto the old olive base. I stamped the sentiment in versamark and embossed with gold ep then sponged the edges with red ink. Quick and easy card!

Brilliant way to showcase that embossed tree! It really shows up nicely against the darker patterned background! I never know what to do with embossing folders that have complete scenes on them. This is obviously what I should be doing! :-)

Very pretty. I like the red velllum and embossed greeting with that lovely embossed tree image. I know the true effect of this is gorgeous in person. Vellum and heat embossing are always hard to photograph (for me, at least!).
