I told myself 'no Christmas today' but after seeing Di's gallery, I felt like I should do Christmas. I wanted to make this a winter card, actually, but I have very few winter sentiments. I still feel like I'm learning how to do the alcohol ink lift. I'm trying to get more color variation in my alcohol ink backgrounds but easier said than done. There are many shades of coral, red, salmon, pebble and ginger but it always turns out more subtle than I'd like. I haven't mounted this card yet as I feel like I might do more with it; but what? This is what I CASE'd: Season's Tweetings by DiHere at Splitcoaststampers. Wonderful gallery, Di!

Lovely image and the simplicity of your card is what makes it so stunning!

Great techniques, super snow, and great bird. I love that sentiment too, Jean. Hugz
