For Lydia's Put a Bird on ItMIXed media challenge. I got up extra early to get this made before work, and just had time when I got home to take a photo in daylight before having to go out again.
Lots of mixed media scraps in the background - the grass is oxidised shaving foam, and the rooster is a combination of tissue paper watercolor and Brushos with starch/clingwrap background. The fence is just some kraft embossed, trimmed and sponged, and the sunny hello is a piece of white card which had been randomly stamped with Swallowtail and then stencilled and then sat in my box forever. So I just went over it all with a yellow gelato, and the texture from the butterfly wings looks great.

Sabrina, your rooster is so colorful and ready for the day. I'm sure he wants everyone to rise and shine along with him. Such a cute card and I love the techniques you used...'cept I've never used the shaving foam one.
