This is for the Inspiration Challenge hosted by Julie. I used one of her photo selections for my inspiration.
Today, I was planning to open my Tropical Chic stamp set for the first time to make a birthday card for a friend who was born in Hawaii. When I saw the rug, I had an idea to use the fern leaf in that set. I randomly stamp it in three green colors. Then I found a birthday stamp that had a font with a tropical look. I used Tangerine Tango as a contrast to the greens. I finished up with stamping splatter in Crumb Cake and Tangerine Tango. Wrapped some raffia around the popped up the sentiment. Fun card to make. Thanks Julie. Thank you for looking. Aloha!

Beautiful birthday card for your Hawaiian friend and so like your inspiration. Bet your friend will love it. I love the colors, too.
