I used two very well-loved stamp sets for PP 420 and Retro Rubber tic tac toe ( balloons, confetti and cake). I tried to use the stamps to mimic the layers in the PP sketch. I added the strip of Regal Rose paper at the very last because the card seemed to need a little something extra. It was fun to bring out both these sets again!

Ebethk... great idea to create the rectangles in the sketch with stamps! Such a fun sentiment for your birthday card... I laughed out loud! Thanks so much for joining us this week at The Paper Players. Elizabeth Stewart

What a fantastically festive card! The balloons and confetti really shout out, 'celebrate!'. Using stamps to match the rectangles in the sketch was a good idea. Thank you for joining us at The Paper Players and also thank you for joining in my Tic-Tac-Toe challenge at Retro Rubber Challenge.
