We have a local church in town (the second oldest Methodist church in the State - San Augustine TX beats us by about 2 years). I am not a member of that church but I attend many functions there and in fact help lead tours of the stained glass windows there. We have many trees around these parts. And though most of the trees near the church are oaks, this is somewhat the look you see when driving by the church of the trees and the stained glass. So, In keeping only to the challenge colors, I decided to just emboss a branch in front of the window and the verse. I sort of wish I would have only put the greeting on the front of the card and used the verse inside. But I still like the way my Church Windows turned out!

Beautiful church window! Love the verse and the way you added the branch!
I belong to the Methodist church and we had beautiful stained glass windows. Three years ago a tornado can through and destroyed our church. They were able to save a few windows.

Sigh...this is lovely. I know how challenging it can be to keep a design CAS and still be visually dynamic. You knocked this one out of the park!!! Nicely done!
By the way, I really like that you included the 2nd part to the sentiment and that you switched out the color for it. It’s the perfect finish to the visual triangle created by the pine bough, which leads the eye to the stained glass nativity image and then on to the green stamped sentiment.
Really nice CAS design and beautiful reminder of the season, too!

That church must be pretty, stained glass sure is. I like what you did here with leaving the glass simple and how you did the verse in the 2 colors they fit so nice under your branch....lovely all around....TFs..:0)
