This little guy is still frolicking despite the blizzard. I either thinned the paint down too much, or used too fine a splatter brush, or both, and didn't see the snow storm happening until it was too late and my hands were covered with the fine drift. I had to retouch a lot of what I had already created with pencils and pens so they would pop out again. In that process, "Be Merry" looks more like "Be Meery". Oh well. A Merry/Meery time was had by all. This tag is mounted on an embossed silver card stock with photo corners so the recipient can remove the tag and use it. Fa la la la la.

I think this little guy is saying the more snow, the better. Such a cute tag with your card.

I have decided that the small spatter comes from the bristles on the brush being too soft. Your spatters look just about like mine and I was using a soft paint brush instead of a stiff brush. But I do love the effect of the snow storm you created. I think your elf does, too! The colorful background and the embossing on your tag are great as well!

I think this is just beautiful, I love that fine, soft effect you got. And I love the sense of scale given by that beautiful pine sprig, making me imagine a tiny elf.
Magnificent Masterpiece Sis and totally adorablely sweet and precious!!! Love he’s dancing through hail, snow storm and blizzard and still hanging on to his dancing partner his Charlie Brown tree!! Need to add him to Misti’s VSN Mini gallery

I love the red tips of his elfin slippers and the way he is positioned. It looks like he's "tightrope walking" while using the tree for balance on the fa la la la.

no one can control a snowstorm. the best you can do is keep on going and improvise if needed. I love your card. I have some little elf stamps and I think I'll attempt this. Of course this is one of a kind.
