Fun challenge today, makes us feel warm with all the blankets!!
I don't got a patchwork die so searched for a template, I die cut 12 squares and followed the template to create my blanket, once all glued together I embossed the square, I fussy cut the image and stamped the sentiment, made a bow with 2 ribbons.

Believe me, making your own paper patchwork is just as easy as using the dies and as we can see here, looks just as good! Your background has a real authentic patchwork look with the way you arranged the squares, and I can just feel the fleecy softness of the little blanket your cute bear is sitting on.
