LeAnn Skinner (n2scrappin) is our featured Stamper today and I had fun looking through her gallery!
I'm trying to use new things I purchase right away and I recently got this Dashing Deer Die so her Reindeer Love card caught my eye.
I die cut a piece of plaid paper with a Horizontal Stripes Cover Plate die from PTI and laid it over a piece of red and white striped paper. I sanded the edges of the deer and his antlers to reveal a bit of the kraft core of the paper. He is popped up on foam dots as well as the sentiment.
Congratulations on being this weeks FS Leann! Enjoy your week in the FS gallery!

I love your deer silhouette and color choices, it's a good thing my SIL doesn't eye your deer he would be aiming for it. (just kidding) I love the colors you used as it matches the plaid bg, very striking, a great masculine card. Thank you for participating in this weeks Featured Stamper challenge, I am thrilled and honored beyond words! Hugs!

HI Julia, I have looked at this die online a few times and kept telling my self it was a good sized one. so, its fun to see someone actually use it and put it into perspective. I love how you did the background too.

Love the rough textured look of this rustic card...great masculine look with your bold burlap-looking deer and plaid horizontal open die-cut showing off the vertical ticking-stripes peeking through. GREAT card!
