This card is for the monthly Tickle a Teapotter.
Jan aka Precious Kitty suggested using lace and for extra cookies, use gems or brads.
The card certainly has lots of cookies with the gem strips (a nine foot roll found at the dollar store) along with a Lacey-look diecut frames, since my lace supply has dwindled down to very small scraps.
The sentiment was heat embossed on printed vellum which turned out better than expected.

Jeannie this is GORGEOUS!!!!! I love the pink, and the lace squares on it, the silver flowers, the sentiment and the pink gems around the square. This is so lovely and going into my faves!! Thank you for playing in the Teapot challenge this week!

What a pretty card with all the lacy die cut edges....I love the design and I guess you'll be getting dozens of extra cookies with all those gems...lol

Oh my goodness, this card is absolutely STUNNING! I love this wonderful antique pink color you used for this card, and the vellum adds such a nice touch too! All the lacy frames, the gorgeous sparkly silver flowers and these gems make for one ah-mazing card! You really rocked this challenge Jeannie! ~Karen.
