This is the 44th week of my personal 50-week States of the Union Challenge. Each week I research one of the 50 United States (in the order they attained statehood). I share tidbits of information about the state here on my blog and I create a card that is inspired by something about that state.
This week's state (the 44th one to attain statehood) is Wyoming.
I decided to go with this bit of Wyoming information for my card's inspiration... In 2013, the tiny outpost of Buford, Wyomingâpopulation oneâwas sold for $900,000 after its only resident decided to move away to be closer to his son. Pham Dinh Nguyen, a businessman from Vietnam, purchased the town in an online auction, and renamed it PhinDeli Town Buford, after the coffee brand he hoped to introduce to the area.
You can find more photos/information about both the state of Wyoming and my card on my blog...

Wow Jeanette, you chose the perfect plaid for your coffee themed card! I see light, medium, and dark roast colors in there. I had to quit drinking coffee a long time ago, but this card lets me enjoy it again vicariously. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, Jeanette, I LOVE this card! Love your coffee cups and the beautiful DP -- with a fabulous layout! I visited your blog and loved reading all the facts about Wyoming...totally intriguing and enlightening. What an amazing "trip" around each state. I so admire your doing it and sharing all you've discovered on your blog. I left a comment on your blog, but I've been having problems with them being received. Hope you get it. But either way, I love your card! Hugs!
