I made this card for last week's Teapot Tuesday challenge. Jean is our hostess and she chose the theme of "That's All Folks." We are sending cards to a Dog Rescue Organization that came to the rescue of another organization that was rescuing dogs from Hurricane Florence when they had a vehicle breakdown. I am a cat person and do not have many dog items at all so I struggled greatly with this challenge, but I wanted to play. When I look at a happy dog, they woof, they wag their tail and they bark so I went with a literal interpretation of that. I embossed the paw prints, then sponged color over the raised pawprints and added wink of stella for some shimmer and shine. The letters were die cut from sparkle paper and so was the frame. In the end, I had a lot of fun making this card and I am happy to send this off to Looney's K9 Rescue thanking them for going out of their way to provide assistance when it was needed most. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen.

Karen, your wonderful card is worth the wait, although you can never be late when showing appreciation. I love the embossing with the little footprints. So adorable. And the sentiments are fantastic! Great card, Karen!

You may be more of a cat person but you certainly had a great ef to make a super card. And look at the wonderful shimmer and sparkle. And having the letter dies meant you could easily add some suitable canine greetings.
