The beautiful BG paper is a piece Francie gifted me ages ago. I was hoarding it, but when I saw the Royal part of this challenge it seemed that it was a good place to use the paper. It seems royal to me because of the richness of the colors. I printed this digi image and colored it with Copics. This is the queen in her garden. She is surrounded by the flowers birds and butterflies. The silvery background is actually Smokey Slate CS but I painted WN Iridescent medium on it to give it the shimmer and used that same medium for the dots on the flower centers. Stamped the crown on Smokey Slate in Silver Encore inak and embossed with silver EP.

What a wonderful story-book image - she makes me think of a non-Disney Snow White. Beautiful paper with a suitable rich royal look - and of course there's that perfect crown, too.

SO LOVELY and yes, the BG is regal ;) the irridescent medium is new to me, and WOW, is that spectacular add on to the flower centers, on an already beautifully colored image. i was sure it was glitter paper, so FUN to see something new i must look into. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this work of art. Teresa
