I had stamped this flowered panel a while ago and thought it would make a good panel for this framing challenge. I water colored the panel and stamped the greeting. Then I wanted a frame that was a little more than straight lines so I used the Labels dies. I also wanted to keep all of the little cut out pieces in place. While the panel was still stacked to the die I glued the edges to the card base. I put my multipurpose glue along the edges and on each of the little pieces - just a tiny dot. I attached it to the card base and then carefully removed the die. Poking each tiny piece through it's hole with a pin so it would stick in place. I only lost one or two of the bits that didn't stick by the time I got around the entire frame. I popped up the center on foam tape.

You set yourself some challenge trying to keep all those Itty bitty pieces! I know I just read a tip on one of the few blogs I follow, to do with not losing the dots on I'd, but I don't think it was much different from what you did. She might have used double-sided adhesive sheet, and then did as you, turning the die onto the card with the die-cut piece still in it. That might work, if you lifted the label out first? But inevitably, for me, some bits stick to the plate, and those are the ones I always lose. I think this is beautiful. It brings to mind Laura Ingalls Wilder and her name cards, for some reason.
