For this one I made an alcohol marker marbling background. I lifted the frame. The cat was stamped before die cutting, I stamped the sentiment cut it out on white linen and glued over the frame, 2 rhinestones and that's all.

The popped-up frame looks great on this. I think you have a bird from the same "family" as the cat, don't you. I know as a child I often felt like that, LOL.
Aww! I love this! My cat follows me from room to room. Cracks me up. Such a colorful background! Good job with your inset layer. Mine did not photograph well.

Gotta love this striped effect your achieved with your alcohol inked background. That kitty is darling and looks paper-pieced though it does not say that in your description...so beautifully stamped it must be!
