With the leaf stamp in my Misti, I colored on it with various markers, then spritzed it with water before stamping on the watercolor paper. That way, if I wanted to add more color and stamp again, I could. I turned out pretty good on the first try, but I did go back in with a water pen to spread the ink around a bit to fill. The splatters in the back are stamped with Gorgeous Grunge in Sahara Sand, but I stamped off twice before stamping on the card to make sure they would be light enough. Thanks for looking! Happy fall y'all!

What a beautiful and classy CAS card! Love the colors on this and the excellent blending you did with this technique. Love that you left all the white space and let your image shine!

Your leaf sprig is GORGEOUS, Donna! Love the colours and the dimension you've achieved with the shading. Fantastic design with the splatters, twine and wonky stitched framing. The bits of striped washi tape add some whimsy. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!
