For today's inspiration challenge, I found this plaid shirt. Couldn't resist making my own plaid and this was a fun one! I needed a birthday card for my aunt today. She makes the best chocolate chip cookies, so I used this cute mouse from Gerda Steiner and some very old cookie DP. I've been trying to always embellish, so I added some black enamel dots to carry through the chocolate chip theme.

Wow! I really need to try my hand at making my own plaid, I love it so much when I see it on your cards! This is such a fun color. Beautiful card! Your aunt will love it!

love you made your plaid (nicely plaid inspiration shirt there). The chocolate chip cookie DP is an oldie, but works so well with your theme. And of course, I am chanting if you give a mouse a cookie....just make mine, white chocolate chunk macadamia, please. HB Auntie. ~way to create, Jen

I can hear the crunching and munching of the little mousie with his chocolate chip biscuit. He looks like he is really enjoying it too. You made the plaid background - wow - very country.
