I used the flower from the Blended Season stamp set. It was heat embossed in a Pale Gold color from WOW. I used the blending pencil from Prismacolor to blend my 3 reds together, 3 greens, etc. The Merry die was in my stash and I had never used it before. I won this die in a Online Card Class a few years ago and can't remember who made it. I used my MISTI to stamp the flower, then to stamp the Christmas word. It needed to fit between the letters of Merry and I didn't want to change messing it up, so I used my MISTI.

Wow! I had not thought of this stamp as a Chirstmas flower! But seeing it in your card makes me realize it is a very beautiful Christmas Rose! You really hit the mark with this and the gold just adds another layer of beauty!

Very pretty! Love the use of gold heat embossing on the flowers, it provides a nice gleaming outline, without overpowering the images. Nice take on the challenge! TFS
