| | I made this card for this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge. Lisa is our hostess and she chose the theme of "recycled" for this challenge. Well, the panel the star fish is stamped on is a complete mess on the back. I have stamped on this and used various inks on it and even threw it in the trash a couple of times. So, I simply had to pull this piece out of the garbage and use it today. I first scribbled a gel stick over the entire panel and blended it out with a baby wipe. Then I stamped the star fish in 2 layers. I never ever offset panels like this, but decided to do this to give the feeling of motion of the waves. This card is going to Carol who could use some cheering up. I really like this sentiment because I feel we need to hear more positive comments in life. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen. |
