This card was a bomb to make. I discovered a few things as I colored the images. I used my arteza pens again. 1) the distress oxide completed disappeared on line stamped images 2) but on the solid images they oxidized upon contact with water which we know is their property. But what I liked was that the water color over the solid leaves had a very muddled look which make my leaves look rustic and as if they were the fall rotting leaves in the ground. I donÂ’t know if I am making any sense here at all!! My brain is totally ecstatic with the result but I am unable to completely articulate it in words. May be I should do a video on this😜. Well let me know if you have any questions
Also as to not take away from my painting I added the sentiment on acetate with white stazon ink.
Have a colorful day💕

Oh, Preethi, you make perfect sense, and this is gorgeous! The leaves do look so very realistic and have such a richness to them. Beautifully done, and thanks for explaining your process. Any time you want to do a video, that would be wonderful! Love the white sentiment on the acetate! Stunning card! Hugs! xoxo
