So, this is version #2 from the same IC piece seen here as card number one using its scraps, when I had the background done ( it was a 5 ish by 7 ish piece) I deliberately cut the squares small enough to get two pieces because, I liked how the colors turned out so much. This one the background is counter sunk behind the blue frame and the sentiment block is up on foam pop dots. you can find this challenge here to play along with us. tfl.
