This scripture from Psalm is this month's theme. I decided to do a page in my journaling Bible has my project for this month. I love to just doodle and do these patterns I have been practicing in my zentangling skills. They just sort of evolve and it is a peaceful way to be expressive.

I love this page and its message! Your zentangling is a great way to illustrate it, and I agree that tangle doodling is a good way to wind down to peace. I rarely use it in my Bible, though. I'll have to think about that. Thanks for sharing your strength page!
