Yeah, long weekend!! Catching up on some past challenges. This is for the high school 3x3s IÂ’m working on for my girls & one for my goddaughter. Green girl has world history, pink girl has AP European history and macaroni girl is taking a freshman seminar that her mother describes as the history of everything.
Last week I searched globes because I wanted use my new globe die cut. Spoiler alert... the dies are backwards!!! Fortunately I had it in my head to sponge using the colors from this picture.
But if I was just using the die on colored paper, it wouldnÂ’t look good. With the sponging it just gives it more texture. The set also came with a pocket watch. The clock face die is also backwards...
Anyway, IÂ’ll write a profound quote about history from Pinterest and check off another subject done!!

How sweet of you to encourage the girls for each of their classes. I wish I had such support while I was in school. Terrific design for all the subjects. Love the globe. TFS

These are awesome and I've looked at them several times. I'm glad I didn't get them, as I hate backwards dies. I've got so many clock dies from sizzix that have been backwards, I finally bought a stamp that says don't look back, your not going that way. Lol
