| | Used a raindrop stencil to apply texture paste to watercolor paper; used a cloud mask to apply distress ink over texture paste to give the affect of clouds lifting and the day becoming sunny; heat embossed the image and sentiment on an old transparency sheet; cut the watercolor sheet with my old Fiskars paper cutter that has a ragged edge blade. Glued blue frame to card base and affixed water color art with foam tape. (I folded the top and bottom edges of the transparency and glued to the back of the watercolor piece; I also strategically placed glue dots on the backside of the transparency under the image and sentiment.) |
