Today's Teapot Tuesday is an open invitation to go digging deep into your crafty stash and find something you haven't used in ages. It's a blast from the past. My long-neglected items are mulberry paper and the heart clip. The sentiment is heat-embossed, with white dots doodled in around the edge of the oval.

What a fun card this is! You have taken older items and used them in a new and modern way which is so fun to see! Boy, do I remember mulberry paper, but I have never seen it in blue before so I enjoyed seeing it today. Your white gel pen work highlights this wonderful flower cluster you have created. ~Karen.

Wow, did you do the plaid background? It looks great. I LOVE mulberry paper. I hope we are helping to bring it back. You did such a great job with thinking up this challenge and then creating a card that is fresh, even with vintage items! Thanks so much for hosting.

I have so little mulberry, and it's hard to get now, that I tend to hold onto it - but I was tempted to use some after finding an old card in my pc albums. I'm glad to see some here - and your clip. I can never get them to look good on my cards and yet I always love to see them on others. Thanks for such a fun challenge this week, Sandy.

I haven't been around here long enough to know what mulberry paper is, but it looks pretty neat. I'm also fascinated by special paper clips--I just bought a bunch on clearance at Hobby Lobby! SCS is a whole new world for me and I love it!! Love your embossed sentiment and blue monochrome fabulous card!
