Well, I intended the panda to look like he was standing on "Let's" and dancing. Instead, he looks like a balloon in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. That being said, he wobbles. I found a thin twisty tie that worked.
I recently organized my technique scrap box. Now I can find things again. This background piece was a scrap from way back in 2006 and TLC75--Balloon BG. I had put rice in my balloon and didn't really like the way it turned out, but now I see some good uses for the technique. Anyway, this piece was an orphan and needed to be used up.
This Artist Trading Card is for my ATC Technique Album.

It's a fun background - it looks like sprinkles. I remember reading it one time when I was looking through older challenges for something to be "new again" - but I rarely have balloons on hand. Your party panda sure looks like he's partying hard!

A colorful, delightful card and I can envision this panda celebrating life with a dance.

So sweet! Great dancing panda! I'm intrigued with this background technique. I'm glad that I'm working my way through the technique challenges and I'll get to try this one soon...
