I watercolored this Barn stamp with scribble sticks from Diana Wakley, the sky was painted with negative painting, wet down the sky portion with just water, then dot in the blue hue with a paintbrush, it works great!

Hi, Lisa, and congratulations on your first upload to Splitcoaststampers! We're excited you've decided to start your gallery, and what a gorgeous card! I love your watercoloring and love this beautiful barn. It's very clear that you love to watercolor, and I love your technique. I see you've uploaded more lovely watercolor cards, and I'll have to visit them too.
I know you'll find lots of inspiration and encouragement here at SCS, and perhaps you might consider joining a challenge found on the Home Page. Here is a link that explains them, Challenges 101. Looking forward to seeing more of your lovely work! Hugs!

Barns are one of my favorite things to photograph and this is a great one! I would have fun painting that as well! I may have another stamp that I need! You've done a great job with the watercolor. Excellent sky and grass!
