What gorgeous nails on the Inspiration site today - OPI. I always have pedicures but never do my finger nails - too much crafting and gardening, ink stains and dirt!
I have several panels left over from Lydia's Mix-Ability challenge yesterday where we mixed Distress Reinkers with shaving cream and let it sit for 5 hours before pressing the card into the cream!
I had used similar colors to the nails and it also had the marbled swirls!
I stamped this fun sentiment from Impression Obsession along with the mermaid tail from Inner Mermaid by Ellen Hutson. I die cut the panel with a Pierced Feature Frame die from PTI. I added Tiny Twinkles to her tail and around the sentiment.
The fun thing about using the shaving cream technique is that the card has a lingering fresh smell from the cream!!

Ooh, love this card and how wonderful it will have a scent. Your background is fabulous and I had a big smile over that sentiment.

That saying cracked me up!! Your bg turned out so pretty and is perfect for an underwater scene..wasn't the fun? And yes my background smell like shaving cream, too...even today! A beautiful card Julia!
This is gorgeous!!! I love how yours turned out. I love that it was muted enough to stamp over yet still has plenty of color tone! Love that you were able to get a beautiful frame from the piece!
