The BG did come out great!
This reminds me of an old godzilla movie where the scientist had this oxidizing weapon ("oxygen godzilla weapon") that would make the water roil like mad and then any thing living would be reduced to bones...so if you have sci=fi geeks in your universe this is a great card for them! They demo it in a fish tank first.
For extra scoring points with the kids you could tap them into this running debate about the weapon:

I like it with the doodled frame bubbles and fish, pretty blue shades you've got!! and I like that you've got different prints to make several cards, I will use mine maybe tomorrow my children are leaving tomorrow morning very early so after the housework will be ready to play again!!

I like your bg and the bubbles. Cool card. I don't think I left enough white space on mine....I think yours turned out great! And you've got extras which is a bonus with this technique.

That's a beautiful blue sea - very Greek colours . And a wonderful fish stamp - reminded me of the skeleton ones I knit on a sweater border for my brother. I love that one little negative bit of white that looks just like a heart.

Wavejumper's comments about the Godzilla thing are a pretty good description of the movement in the inks one your BG. The bubble die cut and bones stamp really do fit her movie description! So it is very cool thinking about it all from that perspective!
