This is my card for Kia's DTGD18 challenge. My results were not quite as nice as I expected, more of a pretty mess, but it still makes a great background. I did both types of the technique given for the challenge - one for the background and the other for the leaves.

I love the tiny little mottling you achieved on your background, and the leaves are just as pretty. That black strip really shows them off. Nice job!

I think the Brusho background looks great for a wet autumn day, and the leaves look really super. I like that you can tell the background is Brushos and see the different pops of colour separating out.

This "pretty mess" as your described it, caught me eye in the gallery...a pretty great result...love the Brusho speckled background and the lovely leaves...the black sets them off beautifully!
