I am not that good at watercoloring but I found out that it's easier to watercolor an image that is cut out - so that's what I did. The sentiment was printed using a ball point pen on the Silhouette, and the panel was layered on a purple gingham background (I just love that paper!). The soft colours of your floral flourish are beautiful and look great with the gingham. I think it's always fun to watercolour die-cuts; that and sponging give me a much wider range of colours than I would have in cardstock.
