Just wnted a nice farewell card for a fellow coworker, so I thought I would do an Irish blessing to wish her the best on her new journey.
This is also to honor our featured stamper this week, Beth. Very neat gallery to tour, go check it out, lots of neat design and ideas to see..This is the card and idea I chose to work with...Happy Dad's day 1 by NerdyBeth at Splitcoaststampers
I like the design, and I thought instead of doing on straight poem I would make a little picture to go along each verse.
So I change the word to a sentence, separated the word and picture. and kept the bg white except the blue layer.
I just stamped the flower and little bird and colored them with markers and sponged the edges and just drew the rainbow with pencil crayons and then added the lines to brighten it a bit. thanks for the visit..:0)

What a great CASE! I love how you split up the blessing (and I love Irish blessings) and found the perfect image to go with each verse. The shape of the die cuts, the edging and the bright colors all make this a very interesting and cheery card.
Thanks so much for taking time to go through my gallery and sharing your beautiful card.
