What a wonderful rustic country feel. The loose weave of the burlap is great - I often wish my cheesecloth was more like that. An apple can't have been too easy to stamp with, I remember using potatoes for a TLC or a WT and finding that they were a bit wet till I let them dry first - but an apple would take a LONG time to dry at all.
