For Rainy's challenge. I had a lot of fun painting these cute little critters, and I sure need the practice. Then I fussy cut all but the seahorses, thank goodness I have a die for that one. The water was created from a stencil monoprint over a debossed panel, then cut with an edgelit for a slightly wavy (haha) edge.

How lovely - that set has always made me smile. The little seahorses are absolutely so sweet. I love the splashes of water, and the monoprint makes a super sea.
