Well this might be a little more than a touch of gold. I can't help myself, once I start adding gold I can't stop. Here's a combo of Sabrina's TLC challenge of die-cut stamps, Karen's color challenge, and Stacy's Dare to Get Dirty challenge. I went the mixed media route because I thought my die cut stamps weren't going to look very good. But I think I'm going to keep them and use them for a more CAS card, because they actually stamped really well. I stamped them in Bamboo Leaves and then in Versa Mark so I could put some clear EP over them. Then I sponged my Picked Raspberry and stamped on some Canvas and Script backgrounds. Added some water splatter and some faux splatter using markers. I lost the die cut branches around the flower--they just blend right in and leave the flower looking a little sad. It needed something in the end, so I finished it off with a Celebrate banner and some gold glitter washi tape to really give it a celebratory feel.

Beautiful! I love the script and textile texture you added into the background. I'm glad the die-cut stamping turned out better than you expected. It looks great. A lovely way to use Sprightly Sprigs...I think I'll be following you.
