This card will be for a family member who is turning 42 in the Fall. He works in the music industry so I think the artsy look of this will appeal to him (he also is a musician himself,,,,electronic music...it's weird). I took a reject gel print which just had purple and black on it and just wasn't doing anything for me....until...I sponged yellow DO ink on it...BAM! I was hunting around for something to put on the newly revived bg...I dug out this vintage TH boy and thought he was perfect. He was leaning though and I didn't have a stamp big enough with something he could lean on. Enter a Papertrey fence die...which I cut 3x to elongated in order to fit the boy. I added some chunky ep and novo drops and doodling as extra stuff. Of course I stamped the greeting a bit crooked but..you can tell this was a handmade work of art That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

What a great card, Polly! (My son would love it as he loves music, plays guitar and piano in his spare time!). I am sure your relative will get a kick out of this card.
This is such a fun card for your musician! I like how he is leaning on the fence and I agree with Jen, the sentiment looks like it should be just that way!
