I did this card for the CAS challenge today ... I hope you will come and join us.
In my Misti I inked up my stamp with the colours listed above ... then did a second stamping to ensure good coverage. I then stamped with versamark and heat embossed with shimmering embossing powder, then cut the panel with my stitched rectangle die. I stamped the sentiment stamp on vellum paper and heat embossed and die cut with my deckled circle die. To finish I added a few crystals to act as the confetti. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful colors and I love the greenery! I like how the lighter greens are at the top creating a kind of ombre effect. That sentiment on vellum is perfect for it allows the beauty of the background to show through, and using that green shimmery embossing powder on the sentiment is perfect! Wonderful!!!

I agree such wonderful colors and bg for the sentiment with added bling....yah....TFS..:0)
