I was stumped for ideas till I remembered our turtle-spotting trip in the summer and seeing the turtles coming up (far too briefly) for air. I think I should probably have sponged blue lightly over him, but as this was my fourth attempt (always struggle with CAS) at getting everything right, I didn't want to mess it up.
Stamped sentiments. Stamped and masked image. Sponged the sea, then pressed the woodgrain stamp on randomly for waves, using peacock feathers. Coloured Speedy and added some sequins.

I love using woodgrain for water textures - it works sooo well here, and that turtle is just adorable! Thank you so much for playing along with my challenge and supporting Splitcoaststampers in the Fan Club!
