This was a very easy card to make. The white panel and black banner were die cut. Using the MISTI, I stamped the "happy" on the banner and embossed it with e.p. Birthday was die cut three times and layered. I added a mask to the bottom third of the white panel and stenciled the balloons with a blending tool. I removed the mask and adhered the panel to the card base. The banner and dimensional word were adhered last.
Thanks so much for looking!

The stenciled balloons are fantastic and fun diecut frame! What a very happy and celebratory card. I like the way you presented the sentiment, especially the dimensional birthday.
