I used different sizes of Swarovski crystals to represent the different sizes of the stars, popped up the image and placed it on to the night of navy embossed piece.

Oh my! I hope you have a star-loving friend to give this to who will appreciate the careful attention to detail with the different star sizes. I have a glow-in-the dark jigsaw with the constellations, this reminds me a little of it. Beautifully done, a brilliant card for the challenge.
