Carla's challenge was to use dimensional tape on your card. Bonus if you use stars or dogs on your card.
I stamped in memento tuxedo black, then used framelits to cut the pieces out. I then used yellow Wink of Stella on the fireflies or lightning bugs as we call them here in Ohio. The star border punch was used for the star paper. All of the images are raised up with dimensionals. This takes me back to my childhood catching lightning bugs with my friends and sibs.

Fun card! I own that border punch but haven't been able to come up with clever ways to use it. Thanks for the "spark" of inspiration!

This is really cute and I remember doing that same thing as a little girl. We called them lightning bugs, also. I still love seeing them. I like how you put the lid down beside your jar.
