When I saw this sketch I knew at once just which stamp set to use.
For this card I decided to reverse the circle at the bottom and put it on top - to go with the sunshine stamp I had. Instead of being a "down under" card it is now an "up over" card.
The background blue is a water colour background along with the background for the little beachy images. I stamped and coloured the images and then fussy cut them before layering them up onto the squares. Added the whale and drew some splashes with a white paint pen.
Hope you enjoy.

Your watercolored backgrounds are wonderful Helen! I can see why that stamp set called to you for this sketch. The sun image is gorgeous! Love the splash marks you made around the whale's tail - adds some great motion! Super card!
