It took some time to decide how to combine today's two challenges. I knew I had a leftover galaxy background to use for Janelle's challenge, but I wasn't sure I had anything good to go with it for Robin's challenge. Until I searched my stamps for silhouettes and came up with these trees. Then I saw the moose that I've never used that would go great with the trees. I did the cling wrap stamping technique for both stamps. Then I added some extra distressing to the image by crumbling it up and rubbing Old Paper ink over it. The part that took the longest was trying to get a good emboss on the sentiment. It's still a little messy but it gives it character, right? I'm realizing now that I meant to add some little rhinestone stars for my bonus points but I forgot. I'll have to add them later v

Anyone who embosses a sentiment in white gets huge kudos from me - I love the look but hate trying to emboss with white. Super masculine card, Jen - your textured moose looks great with those trees. The background is really beautiful, too. I'd forgo the bonus and leave gems off, it looks perfect as it is.

Very cool! I LOVE your new moose and the trees are great! In fact they remind me that I DO have some solid stamps of this kind I forgot about!!! Dang, it doesn't pay to have TOO many stamps so that it takes days to find something, LOL!!
I love the distressing you did as well, great work on this! Thanks for playing!

How pretty! That backgrounds looks great for the wilderness images. The cling wrap stamping is very nice, and I like how the sentiment looks. Thanks for trying my technique and for sharing your wonderful card!
