Stamped background stamp in Marina Mist, stamped off once before stamping on paper. Stamped sentiment.
Cut out umbrella, added to card. Made a white frame around background. Last added epoxy rain drops on the top. TFL

Your stamped-off background image makes a wonderful rainy day sky and I love the fun epoxy raindrops. The pop of red and white polka dots for the umbrella are very fun!
